The course studies a variety of management styles and structures along with the commensurate blend of ownership, union influence and worker characteristics found in examples drawn from companies in various G-7 countries. Next is a study of methods of productivity and quality including an overview of ISO9000. The course concludes with a study of industrial motivation and alienation and a project oriented study of scheduling.
